Tony is creating a community for “his” people, to be able to thoroughly recommend the right people for the right job, to be able to confidently advise clients and friends alike on the right time, the right place, the right price, the right way to go forward. It is personal to Tony, and he spends the time and effort to continue to learn, to continue to investigate options and opportunities – it is why Louton Smith came to be, it is why Tony has joined in making Louton Smith come alive, with Daniel Bradd and Joe Anto.

Arriving from England in the 70’s with his parent’s, Tony’s earliest memories were of his parent’s looking at land and display homes, the whole family was involved and it fired his interest in property. Tony grew up in the eastern suburbs and can call the City of Maroondah and Shire of Yarra Ranges his early stomping grounds and still now lives in beautiful Mount Evelyn with his family. Tony’s mother was his first introduction to real estate and kick-started a passion for all things real estate.

Tony has the distinction of being the most active agent in multi property development in Melbourne’s East and continues to be generous with his extensive knowledge of the area, town planning requirements and maximising the potential of any property.

Tony is ranked among Australia’s Top 100 Agent’s, which is a testament to his commitment to do his utmost best for his clients, he has been honing his skills for 33 years and it is clear he is very very good at what he does.

In his down time Tony enjoys mountain biking, which he often enjoys with his 2 sons or friends. When time allows, enjoying the beach with family and friends and surfing are high on his list of to do’s. A favourite morning ritual is coffee, so we’re sure Tony would welcome you anytime for a cup.

Fluent in multiple languages, a Masters in Professional Accounting with a major in taxation plus a Bachelors in Business Administration coupled with his personable demeanor and thoroughness is genuinely appreciated by sellers and buyers alike.

Joe reflects the work ethic of his Indian parents – he was working in his father’s business on weekends from earlier than he can remember. Joe’s dedication and attention to his client’s needs is evident in all aspects of his interactions, whether it be regarding smaller land sales or larger projects and developments.

Outside of the office, Joe and his wife, Toni, and their three young children, Sarah, George and Eva, enjoy good food, relaxing with their English Mastiff and bike riding the trails of our gorgeous region.
