I have solid experience as a tenant within the corporate real estate industry of a top 20 ASX listed company, as well as personal property investment and project experience. This helps to not only understand the tenant but to ensure the Landlord has a strong position.

I have started a small real estate agency as an extension to my on-site management business, meaning I already have a stable income and are therefore not chasing every dollar.
