Welcome to this neat and cozy pet-friendly beach house only minutes from Carrickalinga beach! Featuring an undercover decked entertainment area and a large fully fenced surrounding yard.
You can certainly lounge about at 'Skyline' for your next getaway with the family. This Two-bedroom holiday home caters to up to 4 Guests.
Downstairs you will find the 2nd bedroom with 2 x Single beds, and ample storage.
A bathroom equipped with a washing machine, shower and WC

Moving upstairs to the master bedroom with a comfy queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and ample storage.
All in one bathroom with a shower/bath, wc, and vanity.

The lounge opens out to the beautiful deck and comes complete with a reverse cycle air conditioner comfy lounge with a flat screen tv and DVD player.
Kitchen with fridge freezer, stove, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. This property is fully fenced and pet friendly (outside only).

Location Carrickalinga, less than a 3-minute walk to the beach.
Bed configuration: Sleeps 4 (2 bed/2 bath) 1 queen, 2 single.
Facilities: Open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen with gas stove, fridge freezer, microwave, bbq, Nespresso pod coffee machine, and washing machine.
Special features: Large smart tv, DVD player, board games, WIFI wifi, close to the beach, very neat and tidy.
Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle A/C to upstairs living and ceiling fans to the main bedroom and living/dinning area.
Pets: Pets negotiable.
Fenced: Fully fenced rear yard.
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee.
Bedding: All duvets & duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets & towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:
Top & bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer & t-towel
