Inside you will find the expansive open plan living area, with all the creature comforts you could desire, and there is plenty of room for the whole family. A cozy combustion fireplace will keep you warm during the winter months, and in the summer ducted evaporative cooling will ensure you are comfortable, or simply open the doors and windows to let that gentle seabreeze roll through.

The Kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, gas cooking, a large island bench and a roomy butler's pantry and of course a Coffee Machine (guests to supply coffee grounds)
A cosy lounge area is located just past the kitchen complete with a flat screen and combustion heater for those cozy family movie nights.

CLEANING: A cleaner will be hired on your behalf and the cost is included in your rental fee.
BEDDING: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, all pillows are provided.
LINEN: Sheets and towels are NOT provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
