Paul obtained his real estate licence in 1978 and managed J.A Gilmour & Sons Greenacre for 2 years. In 1980 Paul established Cutcliffe Real Estate in the Nepean area, later joining the Richardson & Wrench franchise and ranked successfully within the group. He now enjoys the hands on approach as he operates the two offices of Cutcliffe Real Estate
