Take it easy at Swans Cottage, a unique and tranquil getaway located on Hindmarsh Island just a short 1 hour drive from Adelaide and a 10 minute drive from the historic township of Goolwa. Make the most of the nearby attractions of the unspoilt region of the Fleurieu Peninsula.
The space
The Murray River mouth is approximately 2 kilometres downstream at the beginning of the Coorong National Park which has the southern ocean over the sand hills. This unspoiled region on the Fleurieu Peninsula contains many bird species.

The surrounding region has many attractions including Middleton, Port Elliot, Victor Harbor and the wine regions of Langhorne Creek and McLaren Vale.

This cottage is located away from the main house private, quiet and safe. There is no water view but easily accessible via the side of the main residence.

The cottage contains:
" Main bedroom with queen size bed
" Kitchen (cooking equipment/cutlery etc)
" Bathroom, dinette, sitting area
" Reverse cycle A/C
" Spotlessly clean, quality linen, recently repainted inside and out
" Carpark at the front of Swans Cottage

Sufficient room for guests to bring their own canoes, kayaks and surf boards.
Guest access
There is carparking available at the front of Swans Cottage. The river is accessible via the side of the main residence.
