Steven Zoellner

Steven finished school at Scots College Bellevue Hill in 1986. He has now been in real estate for over 20 years.
Steven started his real estate career in 1987 with Debenham Tewon Landes a large commercial real estate agency specialising in leasing major shopping centres. Since 1989 Steven has been instrumental in the sale of major residential properties throughout Sydney and has developed one of the largest and most influential client bases. He as also sold numerous development sites in the eastern suburbs and is regularly consulted on acquisitions by small and medium sized developers.
In 2004, not only was he announced as one of the top 10 auction listers of Laing & Simmons New South Wales he was also invited to join the board of directors of Allied Properties Hong Kong Limited with a market capitalization of over $9.7 billion HK.
In 2005 Steven was one of two agents that was given recognition at the awards night by selling more than $50million dollars of real estate in one year. In 2006 Steven was awarded the third highest income producer of Laing + Simmons Australia selling more than $100 million dollars worth of real estate. In 2007 Steven was awarded the 3rd Highest Income Producer and 4th Highest Auction Lister of Laing + Simmons Australia. In 2008 & 2009 Steven was awarded the 3rd highest income producer and the 7th highest auction lister. He also recieved the Business Growth award for the network.
