Mark Shelly

Mark is a fully licensed estate agent and Stockdale & Leggo Bacchus Marsh’s new Business Owner. Since starting his real estate career with Stockdale & Leggo in January 2003, he has achieved tremendous success. He has listed and sold over 450 properties in the Bacchus Marsh and surrounding areas, receiving some of the highest accolades, including for the last three years, being named in the top five sales people Victoria wide for the Stockdale group comprising around 400 sales people.

He has been the No. 1 salesperson in the north-west region for the last four years in a row and was awarded platinum sales awards in 2006, 2007 and 2008. His success can be largely attributed to his ability to build relationships with people and his dedication to providing unmatched service and a highly desirable outcome for his clients.

Mark was born in Bacchus Marsh and has a sound knowledge of the area, having lived in the town all his life. He started his working career as an industrial chemist, and has had success with in his earlier days as a harness racing driver.

Mark’s hobbies and interests include tennis, fishing and relaxing with family.
