Having successfully owned and operated businesses including a Ray White franchise office and a holiday letting agency Manly Beachside Apartments, Mark has now become a fully independent operator of Nicholson Property Consultants. Mark has extensive commercial background in the corporate sector, marketing & accounting where accuracy, efficiency and service mean everything.. . In running Nicholson Property Mark takes a hands on approach personally servicing most of the listings and will always go that extra mile.

Mark Nicholson is part of a well-known family network in the Manly area a dedicated sports and fitness fan he is a member of the Manly Rugby Club and the Manly Chamber of Commerce. On most mornings you will find Mark at one of the local pools or swimming in the surf, which, other than property, is Mark's other passion.
