David established Falk & Co in 1999 in Cobden, having had many years of experience in the Real Estate & Livestock industry’s in Melbourne & the Great South West. He is also an experienced Auctioneer and fully qualified Licensed Estate Agent in the state of Victoria. In 2008 David merged the business with Phillips & Co, which was a strategic move for Falk & Co to better service there existing clients in the provincial City of Warrnambool. Phillips & Co was a well established family operated firm as is Falk & Co, with Mr David Phillips at the helm who offered wealth of knowledge after many years in the industry. Falk & Co are continuing to strive ahead within the industry to provide a first class service to new & existing clientele.
